A targeted approach where individuals with specifically required skills in a particular sector are identified, contacted and subsequently assessed against the needs of the client.
Complete management of a recruitment advertising campaign. This can include copywriting, artwork, media price negotiation, booking of advertisements, screening of all responses and written acknowledgement/rejection of unsuitable candidates, as well as the interview process outlined above.
