- All CV are accompanied by honest interview notes, providing you with relevant, valid assessments on all individuals shortlisted along with key pointers - areas for you to probe during your subsequent meeting with your prospective employees.
- Candidates are thoroughly briefed on the client’s background, area of business and job specification prior to interview.
- We manage the whole interview process, confirming and arranging interviews, rejecting and progressing where appropriate and finalising any subsequent job offers.
Methods for sourcing candidates vary and are tailored to the client’s individual needs, however it is fair to say that these tend to fall into one of the three following categories:-
Search & Selection
Candidates are sourced from a combination of those currently active on our database, our own networking and OP funded advertising - our preferred network of web-based recruitment partners along with national and trade press if appropriate.
Direct Sourcing
A targeted approach where individuals with specifically required skills in a particular sector are identified, contacted and subsequently assessed against the needs of our client.
Client Branded Advertising
Complete management of a recruitment advertising campaign. This can include copywriting, artwork, media price negotiation, booking of advertisements, screening of all responses and written acknowledgement/rejection of unsuitable candidates, as well as the interview process stipulated above.
