Finding the right candidates

Methods for sourcing candidates vary and are tailored to the client’s individual needs, however, broadly they fall into one of the following categories:

• Search & Selection

Candidates are sourced from a combination of those currently active on our database, our own networking and advertising via our preferred network of web-based recruitment partners along with national and trade press if appropriate.

• Direct Sourcing (Head hunting)

A targeted approach where individuals with specifically required skills in a particular sector are identified, contacted and subsequently assessed against the needs of the client.

• Client Branded Advertising

Complete management of a recruitment advertising campaign. This can include copywriting, artwork, media price negotiation, booking of advertisements, screening of all responses and written acknowledgement/rejection of unsuitable candidates, as well as the interview process outlined above.
