This is achieved by holding a detailed first interview with all individuals prior to submitting their details for any vacancy – we have a company policy of not shortlisting applicants until we have met them.
During this preliminary interview we discuss your career to date along with your requirements in a future employer, taking care to ensure that you are closely matched to an environment where you are well suited. This interview is held at a location convenient to you and at a time to suit.
Prior to meeting any of our clients, we ensure that you are fully briefed on the company and role for which you are being forwarded, meaning that you only spend time attending interviews for jobs that you are interested in and relevant for.
Our philosophy as far as candidates is concerned is simple – whether or not we are lucky enough to place you in a position, it is important to us that you are treated in a way that makes you happy to recommend us to friends and colleagues and that you remember our approach if you are in a position to recruit staff yourself.
